Focusing enables you to get in touch with your inner wisdom. Focusing is an easy-to-learn method of giving attention to your inner experience and its meaning in a mindful and accepting way. Each experience, thought or emotion leaves a trace in your body. The aim of focusing is to learn to use this treasure of body knowledge. Turning our attention towards this body-knowledge in a non-judgmental and friendly way often leads to new and unexpected insights. Deep-reaching and fundamental inner changes become possible.
This course is recognised as the first level of the focusing training.
