In this workshop you will go on a journey of self-discovery, using exercises from biography work, positive psychology and focusing.
Focusing is an easy-to-learn method of giving attention to your inner experience and its meaning in a mindful and accepting way. Our bodies often know a lot more than we are aware of. The aim of focusing is to learn to use this treasure of body knowledge. We learn to perceive who we are deep inside, what we are really passionate about and what gives meaning to our lives.
